Megan's story began long before she stepped into the professional world. An international education across Pennsylvania, Québec City, London, and New York shaped her appreciation for culture, personal presentation, and the many ways confidence is expressed.
Over a 30+ year career in beauty and consumer products, Megan led product and fragrance development at the highest levels, built and mentored teams, taught emerging talent, and helped translate ideas into experiences that connected with millions of people. Her work across Bath & Body Works, Estée Lauder Companies, and L'Oréal sharpened both her strategic eye and her belief that people do their best when they feel seen, prepared, and confident.
Alloura Style is the natural next chapter: a modern, deeply personal practice helping women, girls, young adults, and organizations show up with greater clarity and intention.
